Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account on wd88. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, household, device, IP address, or payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. wd88 reserves the right to close duplicate Accounts, void associated wagers, and permanently ban the Member involved.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full legal name (as it appears on your Indonesian KTP), date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and bank account details. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate Account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. wd88 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must notify wd88 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. wd88 will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to keep credentials secure.
Sharing, selling, transferring, or assigning your Account to any other person is strictly forbidden. Each Account is personal and non-transferable.
All Members are required to complete identity verification (KYC) before their first withdrawal is processed. wd88 may also require KYC at any subsequent time if unusual activity is detected on an Account.

Standard processing time is three (3) to five (5) minutes following approval. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by wd88 are subject to specific terms that are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for matters directly relating to that promotion.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the applicable promotion, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible game contributions are stated clearly on each promotion page. Wagers placed on games with a Return-to-Player (RTP) of 97% or above may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements.

Gaming inherently involves financial risk. wd88 accepts no liability for gambling losses incurred by Members in the course of normal Platform use. It is each Member's personal responsibility to wager only amounts they can afford to lose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wd88's total aggregate liability to any single Member arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Member in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold wd88, its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms & Conditions, your violation of any applicable law, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
